We’re now ready to take our growth to the next level and invest in structured marketing for the first time. We’re looking for someone excited to build everything from scratch; someone who will create and own the full marketing function, and shape the way we tell our story, attract leads, and grow our brand

You will be our first-ever marketing hire, and will be the architect, the builder, and the driver – solely responsible for the marketing function from strategy to execution. You will report directly to the CEO, work closely with our Director of Business Development, and collaborate with key stakeholders across the company

e.Independently create lead-gen campaigns (inbound + outbound), landing pages, copy, emails, and everything in betwee
n.Plan, promote, and run all virtual and in-person events (webinars, meetups, roundtables
).Develop and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and track conversion outcome
s.Manage all aspects of Tribe’s social media, content calendar, and paid campaign
s.Design and execute newsletters, automated workflows, and outreach strategie
s.Work closely with sales, recruitment, and leadership to understand client pain points and create impactful messagin
