We're now looking for a Paid Media Manager to join our growing team. You’ll take the lead on planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and manage paid media accounts across multiple clients in the retail/ecommerce space
- Plan and execute campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Monitor performance daily, adjusting strategies to hit ROAS, CPA, and other key KPIs
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal creative teams to align messaging and landing pages
- Provide clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to clients
- Stay up-to-date on platform changes and trends to keep our clients ahead of the curve
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years’ experience in paid media (agency or in-house, ideally in ecommerce)
- Hands-on experience managing budgets across Meta and Google Ads (TikTok is a bonus)
- Strong analytical mindset — confident interpreting data and spotting growth opportunities
- Comfortable working with multiple clients and managing time efficiently
- Clear communicator, both with clients and internal teams
- Self-starter — you’re proactive and not afraid to take the lead
