We're hiring a Marketing Operations Lead to set up and lead our Manila-based marketing delivery function.

This is not a purely creative or digital marketing role — it's focused on delivery, coordination, and execution management.

What you'll be doing:

• Taking briefs from our UK marketing team and turning them into structured delivery plans
• Coordinating and contributing hands-on across digital, content, events, and web campaigns
• Managing timelines, dependencies, and priorities across multiple campaigns at once
• Owning the ops side — POs, supplier coordination, spend tracking
• Eventually hiring and managing the next two roles in the Manila team

You're probably a fit if you:

• Have worked in an agency or global setup with UK, US, or Australian stakeholders
• Are a generalist — strong across campaign delivery, project management, or marketing ops
• Are proactive and don't wait to be told what to do
• Communicate confidently in English with senior stakeholders
• Are excited by the idea of building something, not just maintaining it

This is hire #1 of a 3-person team. You'll report to our Head of Marketing, be involved in recruiting the next two roles, and have a real opportunity to grow into a key leadership position as the team scales.
