Seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive player acquisition, engagement, and brand growth in the highly competitive iGaming industry. You will oversee campaign planning across digital and traditional channels, manage budgets, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve business objectives.
Job Description
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Define target audience segments, market trends, and competitive positioning strategies.
- Set and track KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS, lead conversion, player retention) to measure marketing effectiveness.
2. Campaign Management & Execution
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, SEO, PPC, affiliates, and events.
- Oversee the creation of marketing assets (ads, landing pages, blogs or other promotional materials).
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely campaign execution.
3. Digital & Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (example: youtube Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic ads).
- Implement SEO & content strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Utilize marketing automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp, CRM tools) for personalized player engagement.
- Oversee remarketing and retention strategies to enhance player lifetime value (LTV).
4. Brand & Content Strategy
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including website, social media, and paid media.
- Lead the development of engaging content (blogs, videos, social media, PR) that aligns with brand voice.
5. Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM data, and dashboards.
- Conduct A/B tests to refine messaging, creative assets, and conversion funnels.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership, adjusting strategies accordingly.
6. Team & Vendor Management
- Lead and mentor a marketing team and manage external vendors/agencies.
- Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maximizing campaign impact.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 in iGaming.
Proven success in leading multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Proven expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, and performance optimization.
Strong analytical skills and experience with performance marketing tools.
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
Leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated industry and adapt to market trends.
