We are seeking high-performing, motivated sales representative and experienced Website Developer to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Close high-ticket B2B and B2C sales for digital marketing and web development services.
- Convert warm inbound leads and outbound prospects into website paying clients.
- Conduct virtual meetings and demos showcasing our website development and digital marketing services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and value-driven conversations.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas through effective negotiation and consultative selling.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of sales interactions in the CRM system.
- Develop custom, high-performance websites for luxury real estate clients.
- Optimize UI/UX design, speed, and responsiveness for all devices.
- Integrate third-party APIs and real estate MLS/IDX solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams to create seamless digital experiences.
- Maintain best coding practices to ensure security, scalability, and SEO performance.
- Keep up with the latest web technologies and industry trends to implement innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of proven sales and website development experience in a high-ticket digital sales environment.
Experience selling digital marketing and web development services, including:
- Website design and development (WordPress custom themes, plugins, and page builders)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and hungry for success.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, sales tracking platforms, and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying engaged and productive.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Earning potential: $28,000 - $50,000. Base salary of $800 + $40 per website developed- minimum of 4 websites per week
