The Regional Marketing Director is responsible for adapting high-level brand and marketing strategies into region-specific action plans while ensuring strict adherence to the company's marketing plan and brand guidelines across all entities.

This role requires a strategic mindset and hands-on execution, guaranteeing that all marketing initiatives align with the distinct brand identities within the organization.

The Regional Marketing Director will oversee digital and traditional marketing efforts, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, manage budgets, and continuously optimize campaign performance to maximize reach and impact.

📌 Required Qualifications & Skills

1. Knowledge & Expertise

✔ 7+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or related fields (company or agency setting)

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration

✔ Experience in budget management, media planning, and vendor coordination

✔ Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

2. Skills & Attitude

✅ Bilingual proficiency (English & French) is a strong asset

✅ Familiarity with SEO, paid media platforms, and social media management tools

✅ Ability to analyze performance data (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) and adjust marketing strategies accordingly

✅ Strong expertise in digital and traditional marketing channels

✅ Leadership skills to unite a team around common goals

✅ Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
