Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and promotional banners for tour packages and campaigns. The role involves developing and maintaining brand-aligned visual concepts, designing logos and icons for new services or sub-brands, and preparing artwork for production or online use. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to translate travel products and campaigns into compelling visuals that appeal to diverse audiences. Day-to-day tasks also include refining existing designs, adapting creatives for different platforms, managing design files, and ensuring all materials are accurate, consistent, and delivered on schedule.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to translate concepts into clear, engaging visuals.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing visual identities for campaigns, products, or sub-brands.
• Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles to create readable, aesthetically balanced designs.
• Experience using industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent tools).
• Portfolio demonstrating creative work for digital and print, preferably including travel, hospitality, or consumer-focused content.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
