Overview
Responsible for marketing priority products and services offered by Travel Leaders Network to its 55,000+ member Travel Advisors. Includes marketing of programs to generate new client leads, retain and upgrade current clients, delight clients with hosted cruises, and increase efficiency with booking & agency operations tools.
Responsibilities
Create, manage and implement the marketing communications plans and initiatives for multiple products and services offered to 55,000+ member travel advisors, including:
New client lead generation (Agent Profiler)
Current/past client retention/upgrading (Engagement Mail & Email Direct Marketing)
Hosted Cruises (Distinctive Voyages)
Annual International Conference & Regional Meetings
Productivity Tools (SNAP for air, hotel, and car, emPower Cruise commission enhancer)
Develop positioning, audience targeting, and messaging and execute implementation plans for new product launches and updated product relaunches
B2B Marketing communications channels leveraged for this position’s marketing initiatives include website, email, direct mail, social media, printed collateral, trade show materials, and promotional items, among others
Responsible for program content on Member Intranet (Agent Universe)
Communicates program updates/changes to all internal stakeholders
Other Duties as Assigned.
