As our Director of Marketing, you’ll lead a talented team and own the full go-to-market engine — from bold positioning to performance-driven demand gen. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone ready to take big swings, drive scalable growth, and craft the messaging that positions Travefy as the undisputed leader in a crowded space.

What You’ll Own

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Own and drive Travefy’s strategic marketing roadmap, directly aligned with company objectives, encompassing demand generation, product marketing, and brand development
  • Analyze trends, market shifts, and customer insights to continuously evolve our marketing strategy and brand narrative

Product Marketing & Positioning

  • Lead product marketing: messaging, launches, ICP segmentation, and sales enablement
  • Craft bold, differentiated positioning that cuts through the noise in a crowded space
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality brand representation across every touchpoint

Demand Generation & Growth

  • Drive high-impact growth by placing big bets on creative, demand gen strategies that reach, convert, and expand our ideal customer base
  • Own the full funnel - from SEO, PPC, and paid media to webinars, partner marketing, referrals, and beyond
  • Build, scale, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that generate pipeline and boost conversions
  • Pinpoint funnel gaps and lead a data-driven process to maximize performance

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product and Sales on GTM strategy, launches, and market feedback loops
  • Enable Sales with competitive insights, conversion content, and messaging support
  • Collaborate with adjacent teams to amplify word-of-mouth referrals and partnership strategies

Who You Are

You're a strategic leader who gets tactical, blending creativity and analytics. You've built high-impact marketing teams and are ready to reinvent marketing at Travefy - not just refine it.

Must-Haves

  • Deep experience in SMB SaaS, prosumer markets or adjacent industries with a rapid sales cycle
  • Proven ability to lead positioning and product marketing in noisy markets
  • Demonstrated success running multi-channel demand generation programs with 7-figure marketing budgets and measurable ROI
  • Experience developing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, strategic storytelling, and creative thinking

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in referral-based or partner marketing
  • Familiarity with travel, events, or advisor-led industries
  • Passion for experimenting with AI, automation, and modern marketing tech
  • Strong command of tools like HubSpot and analytics platforms
  • Visibility or presence in industry-facing events or communities
  • Experience SaaS lifecycle marketing and expansion strategies
