Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable Data Analyst with at least 3 years of hands-on experience who can bring order to fragmented data systems, create a reliable single source of truth, and turn data into actionable business insights. This role is ideal for someone who is equally strong in technical execution and business thinking.

You will be responsible for pulling data from multiple siloed sources, centralizing it into one clean environment, maintaining data integrity, and building reports/dashboards that help leadership make smart decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract data from multiple disconnected systems (CRM, marketing platforms, finance tools, operations systems, spreadsheets, APIs, etc.)

• Build and maintain a centralized data warehouse or reporting environment

• Clean, standardize, deduplicate, and validate incoming data

• Create automated dashboards and recurring reports for leadership

• Identify trends, inefficiencies, anomalies, and opportunities through analysis

• Write SQL queries to support ad hoc requests and business decisions

• Maintain KPI definitions and reporting consistency across departments

• Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, marketing, and leadership teams

• Improve data collection processes and reduce manual reporting work

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, etc.)
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Experience combining data from multiple systems
• Strong understanding of data cleaning and QA processes
• Ability to explain findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python or R
• Experience with ETL tools / automation workflows
• Startup or high-growth company experience
