As our Marketing Operations Director, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our marketing team, refining our processes, and driving the execution of thoughtful, results-driven marketing strategies.
You'll work closely with the founder to strategize and optimize campaigns, build relationships with partners, and ensure that our marketing operations run smoothly and effectively.
We’re looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with solid experience in leadership, a mind for operations and data-driven decision-making, and extensive experience in the digital health marketing space.

What You'll Be Doing:
As our Marketing Director, you'll be the primary driver of our marketing success. You'll lead a talented team and manage all parts of our marketing. Here’s a breakdown of what that looks like:
Strategic Vision & Leadership: Develop and champion a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our company's mission, business objectives, and growth targets. Provide visionary leadership to the marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
Team Leadership & Development: Inspire, mentor, and empower a high-performing marketing team. Set clear individual and team goals, conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional growth and skill development.
Digital Product Launch Excellence: Spearhead the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for all digital product and course launches. This includes developing compelling go-to-market plans, coordinating cross-functional teams (content, design, affiliates, tech), and optimizing pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases for maximum impact and revenue-
Omnichannel Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all marketing campaigns across key channels, including:
Manage Marketing Tools & Tech: Oversee our entire marketing technology stack, including platforms like Kajabi, GoHighLevel, ManyChat, AI editors, Asana, Slack, and Wix. Identify opportunities to increase automation, improve system efficiencies, and integrate cutting-edge AI tools to enhance our operations.
Data-Driven Decision Making & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and build a robust framework for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on marketing performance. Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to continuously optimize campaigns and allocate resources effectively.
Budget Management: Develop, manage, and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing return on investment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison, fostering seamless collaboration with product development, sales, customer support, and fulfillment teams to ensure unified messaging, aligned goals, and an exceptional customer journey.
Market & Industry Intelligence: Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and shifts in the digital health/wellness/trauma healing industry. Proactively identify new opportunities and bring innovative ideas to the team.
