Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Delivery Manager to lead a cross-functional team delivering complex marketing operations and analytics initiatives for a global enterprise client. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing technologies, campaign automation, web analytics, UI/UX, and B2B marketing platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering digital marketing programs at scale, with a strong grasp of data-driven marketing, project governance, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program & Delivery Management
- Oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple marketing operations workstreams:
- Digital Web Analytics & Capabilities
- Email Marketing Automation
- UI/UX Design and Optimization
- Promotions Platform Operations (Global)
- B2B Marketing Operations (Eloqua)
- Marketing Performance Reporting (Tableau)
- Manage delivery timelines, prioritize backlogs, and ensure on-time execution with high quality.
- Define delivery metrics, monitor SLAs, and lead sprint planning and retrospectives.
2. Stakeholder & Team Leadership
- Act as the primary delivery point of contact for senior marketing, analytics, and product stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of campaign managers, designers, developers, analysts, and QA specialists.
- Translate business priorities into structured project plans and execution strategies.
3. Digital Marketing Technology Oversight
- Drive campaign operations and segmentation logic using marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua or Adobe Campaign.
- Ensure effective use of analytics tools including GA4 and Tableau to deliver actionable insights and campaign performance reports.
- Support the development and maintenance of custom landing pages and promotional microsites on global marketing platforms.
4. UI/UX Design Enablement
- Guide user research, journey mapping, wireframing, and interface design across digital products.
- Support delivery of scalable and reusable design systems and templates.
- Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to enhance product experiences.
5. Data Analysis & Optimization
- Oversee A/B testing initiatives and analytics implementation to improve marketing ROI.
- Partner with web analytics teams to ensure data integrity, audience targeting, and campaign attribution.
- Champion insight-driven marketing and continuous optimization.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing delivery, with 4+ years in a client-facing delivery leadership role
- Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tableau, Tag Management, and campaign attribution models
- Familiarity with UI/UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Experience managing design and development of landing pages and digital campaigns
- Proficiency in project and workflow management tools (e.g., Wrike, JIRA, Asana)

- Strong grasp of digital KPIs: engagement rates, conversion funnels, deliverability, segmentation, and testing frameworks
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a proactive and consultative approach
- Ability to manage globally distributed teams and coordinate across time zones
