About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Paid Marketing Specialist to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is fully remote and focused on performance, optimization, and ROI. You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns to generate consistent, high-quality leads and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Taboola (Native Advertising)
- Optimize campaigns daily for CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Create and test multiple ad variations (copy, creatives, formats)
- Manage budgets efficiently and scale winning campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot issues quickly
- Set up and manage conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, pixels, events)
- Analyze data and prepare clear performance reports (daily / weekly / monthly)
- Collaborate with creative, content, and tech teams to improve funnel performance
- Stay updated with platform policy changes, trends, and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid performance marketing
- Strong expertise in:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads Manager
- Taboola Ads
- Proven experience managing budgets and scaling campaigns
- Solid understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and tracking pixels
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely
Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)
- Experience with other native platforms (Outbrain, MGID)
- CRM & lead tracking experience
- A/B testing experience for landing pages and creatives
- Experience working with international markets
