About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and creative Senior SMM Manager with potential to grow into a Team Lead role to develop our presence on Instagram and TikTok.

This is not just about making Reels — we’re looking for someone ready to take full ownership of our social media channels, build and execute a content strategy, and grow into a team leadership role in the future.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute a content strategy for Instagram and TikTok in Russian and English
• Create content for our channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Produce and edit short videos (Shorts, Reels, TikToks)
• Monitor current trends and memes, integrate them into content to attract the audience
• Analyze content performance, adjust the communication plan, prepare reports

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience growing and managing Instagram and TikTok accounts
• Copywriting skills — ability to write texts of various complexity and length
• Excellent literacy and ability to adapt writing style to the company’s tone of voice
• Creativity and active idea generation
• Strong visual culture and deep understanding of current trends
• Experience with graphic editors (Figma, Canva, and others)
• Fluent in English (B2 level or higher) and Russian (C1 or higher)
