Your Role
Events & Segment Marketing Manager
As the Events & Segment Marketing Manager on TransPak’s Marketing team, you’ll be the operational heartbeat behind our event presence and a key contributor to segment-focused marketing strategy and execution. Focusing primarily on trade shows but also managing other events and key segment marketing campaigns, you'll ensure every detail is accounted for and every initiative runs smoothly.
This role is highly organizational, coordination-heavy, and process-driven – ideal for someone who thrives on checklists, calendars, and keeping multiple partners moving in sync. It also requires a strategic mindset and the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing programs.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Events & Segment Marketing Manager scope will include TransPak’s entire event strategy – starting from evaluating opportunities and confirming participation through event execution and post-event lead capture. In addition, you’ll partner with Sales leaders from two of our four key business segments to identify marketing needs, develop integrated plans, and drive execution in collaboration with creative and digital partners.

What You’ll Be Doing
Management of Trade Show Strategy, Event and Asset Logistics (50%)
- Own the planning and execution of TransPak’s trade show attendance strategy
- Define, standardize, and execute a consistent approach to events through project plans and workstreams
- Manage event details and logistics by coordinating with event contacts and internal teams
- Coordinate design and production of booth elements with vendors
- Guide and support Sales team with event lead generation through pre-event outreach and post-event capture and targeting
- Build and maintain a library of physical and digital assets for trade shows
- Attend high impact shows as needed (anticipating 4-8 annually)
Marketing Segment Strategy & Execution (35%)
- Partner with Sales leaders from two of four key business segments to define strategic marketing needs and goals
- Translate segment-level needs into actionable marketing initiatives
- Develop and manage project plans and timelines for campaigns, content, and deliverables
- Work cross-functionally with design, digital, and other teams to execute strategy
- Collaborate with Marketing lead responsible for other business segments to coordinate efforts and share insights
Corporate Events, Merch, and Branded Asset Management (15%)
- Manage project timelines, vendors, internal stakeholders, and assets for formal corporate events such as grand openings and awards ceremonies
- Coordinate pre- and post-event promotion for corporate events
- Partner with vendor to manage the company merch store and fulfill ad hoc requests
- Ensure consistent branding across all events, signage, and merchandise through clear processes and procurement support
What We’d Like to See from You
Events & Segment Marketing Manager candidates should have:
- 3+ years in event or trade show management and B2B marketing strategy (experience at a B2B tech company is a plus)
- Exceptional project management, organization, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage repeatable processes
- Experience working across vendors, partners, and internal teams
- Ability to manage design of deliverables and collateral with creative vendors
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales to translate business needs into marketing initiatives
- Strategic thinking paired with executional follow-through

Your Candidacy
Role may be remote or hybrid, with preference given to candidates near a US TransPak location.
Target salary for this role is $80,000-$95,000.
Expect to travel to 4-8 events per year.
