Key responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage multi-touch demand generation campaigns using email outreach, lead magnets, paid ads, and landing pages to drive qualified pipeline
- Execute outbound campaigns that generate ICP-aligned leads, including segmentation, copywriting, automation setup, and performance tracking
- Own the end-to-end execution of webinars - from concept to post-event nurture - ensuring strong attendance, seamless delivery, and conversion into SQLs
- Develop messaging and content that resonates with senior product, engineering, and design decision-makers, contributing to lead quality and campaign relevance
- Create and distribute lead magnets (ebooks, gated videos, on-demand webinars) that support lead acquisition and nurturing across the funnel
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Google to improve conversion rates
- Monitor funnel performance, traffic sources, and campaign metrics to uncover insights and make data-driven optimizations
- Maintain high quality and accuracy across all campaign assets, automations, links, and platform integrations to ensure reliable execution and tracking
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and select external partners to align campaign execution with strategic marketing goals
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of campaign effectiveness, marketing operations, and pipeline contribution
Must-haves:
- 4+ years in B2B marketing within software or tech services - preferably targeting U.S. mid-to-large enterprises
- Proven experience owning and executing high-performing demand generation campaigns from start to finish
- Expertise in planning, promoting, and delivering webinars that generate SQLs
- Strong understanding of lead funnels, marketing automation, conversion strategy, persona-based messaging, and landing page optimization
- Track record of producing qualified leads via both outbound campaigns and paid advertising (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (ideally HubSpot), outbound tools (e.g. Lemlist or similar), analytics tools such as GA4, and tag management via Google Tag Manager
- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong copywriting and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to ensure quality across all marketing touchpoints
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
