Web Application Designer

Are you passionate about building clean, efficient web applications—and not afraid to dive into something new and unfamiliar? Trans International is looking for a curious, self-driven Web Application Designer to join our Information Systems team.

This is a fully remote role, open to candidates across the U.S., with all necessary equipment provided.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain web applications that integrate with our internal business syste
• Manage and optimize MySQL and MS SQL Server database
• Develop using PHP, C#, HTML, JavaScript, ASP/VB.NET, and CSS
• Write and test code, maintain documentation, and follow change management best practices
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend usability improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and jump in wherever you're needed

What You Bring

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience (2–3 years preferred)
• Solid programming skills in PHP, C#, and related web technologies
• Confidence working with SQL databases and data-driven interfaces
• A proactive mindset and a willingness to explore unfamiliar technologies or concepts
• Strong communication and documentation skills
