Marketing Manager (Remote)
The Opportunity We are seeking a high-impact Marketing Manager to join a mission-driven organization dedicated to transforming women's health. This individual contributor role sits at the intersection of consumer (DTC) and healthcare provider (HCP) marketing, offering full ownership of the creative lifecycle and campaign strategy. You will report directly to the Director of Marketing, working within a collaborative team to address complex health issues through science-backed solutions.
Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Funnel Ownership: Assess gaps across the full marketing funnel—from awareness to retention—and execute integrated campaign strategies for both consumer and HCP audiences.
- Creative & Agency Management: Own the end-to-end creative process, including consumer insights, briefing, and providing actionable feedback to external advertising agencies and freelancers.
- Channel Execution: Lead multi-channel campaigns across paid media (Google, Meta, CTV), email, SMS, direct mail, Amazon, and Shopify.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Performance Media, Content, and Automation Managers to ensure cohesive execution and translate data insights into smarter creative decisions.
- Optimization: Propose hypotheses and structure tests to improve conversion and engagement, maintaining a relentless "test-and-learn" mindset.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 7+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of owning campaigns and delivering measurable results.
- Asset Management Experience: Experience in managing external agency, vendor, and freelancer relationships is essential.
- Broad Channel Fluency: Deep understanding of paid media, email, SMS, and e-commerce platforms.
- Agency Background: Experience working in or alongside an advertising agency is strongly preferred.
Technical & Professional Skills
- Creative Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage the full creative process from initial strategy through final delivery.
- Data Literacy: Comfortable interpreting performance data to optimize creative output.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills, with a focus on clear, concise, and persuasive messaging.
- Adaptability: A self-starter with a bias for action who thrives in fast-moving, remote environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in health, wellness, supplements, or a similarly regulated consumer category.
- Previous experience with healthcare provider (HCP) marketing.
- Familiarity with Amazon or Shopify ecosystems.
