Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for senior UI/UX designers and UX-oriented frontend developers to fill potential openings for our clients. If you meet the minimum qualifications below, please apply and we will reach out if we think you could be a good fit.

Responsibilities may include:

• Collaborating with team members on projects and tasks.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Building front-end design systems and application workflows using AI coding tools.
• Designing low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes.
• Architecting user flows, service blueprints, user journeys, and site maps.
• Running various forms of research, such as user interviews, contextual inquiry, usability tests, competitive analyses, usability audits, and surveys.
• Synthesizing research findings to produce easy-to-consume research deliverables, such as reports and visuals.
• Other miscellaneous design tasks, as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design aptitude, as well as an understanding of and ability to execute the full design process.
• Experience owning research and design for mobile and desktop applications.
• Proficiency in high-fidelity UI design and prototyping tools, such as Figma.
• Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript.
• Proficiency in AI coding tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, and Lovable.
• Basic understanding of data flows and APIs.
• Experience leveraging remote ideation and collaboration tools, such as Miro, FigJam, Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, Zoom, and Asana.
• An inherent drive to help others.
• Skill in delivering human-centered design solutions.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to take ownership of projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and influence effectively and respectfully in diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Eighteen years of age or older.
• Legally permitted to work in your country of residence.
• Advanced in understanding and producing spoken and written English within a workplace context (C1 or higher).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to Haves

• A college-level degree or professional certificate in design or a design-related field.
• Proficiency in using additional graphic design and animation tools.
• Experience in B2B SaaS and/or enterprise.
