Tradeweb Technology jobs are fully remote. The Tradeweb Technology hub is located in our Jersey City office which can be used for team meetings and collaboration efforts. There may be days where travel to the Jersey City office is recommended for organizational off-sites.
Tradeweb is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Project Manager to lead technology integration efforts for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). You’ll drive critical integration projects across Infrastructure, Cloud platforms, Data systems, and Platform tooling, ensuring seamless transitions as we grow through acquisition.
This high-visibility role involves partnering with Engineering, Infrastructure, Cyber, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Operations to execute on technical plans that support scalable, secure, and operationally sound outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for technology integration during acquisitions and divestitures.
Manage complex, multi-phase projects across:
Active Directory integration
Network architecture and access
Cloud and hosting environment onboarding
Platform tool integration (e.g., JIRA, GitLab, Ansible)
Data migration and infrastructure buildout
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across Engineering, Business, and Shared Services functions.
Own project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and communication with senior leadership.
Deliver operational readiness, stability, and transparency through structured reporting and project controls.
