We’re seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist (Email & WhatsApp) to drive customer engagement through targeted email and WhatsApp campaigns across the full client lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build and execute automated email campaigns. Map journeys across the full customer lifecycle (signup, KYC, 1st deposit, 1st trade, retention, reactivation).
- Create and manage WhatsApp messaging campaigns and workflows.
- Segment audiences and personalize messaging (RFM, verification status, deposit activity, volumes, preferred language)
- Perform A/B tests, analyze campaign metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize performance
- Ensure deliverability best practices and compliance with regulations (GDPR, anti-spam laws)
- Build flows, frequency caps, fatigue prevention, A/B/n and holdout tests, measure incremental lift.
- Collaborate with content, design, operations and sales teams to align messaging
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years in CRM/Retention within fintech/brokerage/crypto or high-event-frequency e commerce.
- Hands-on with automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Salesforce, or similar)
- Experience working with WhatsApp Business API / messaging automation tools
- Strong analytical mindset and experience interpreting campaign data
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data/lead management
- Advanced HTML/CSS for email template customization
- SQL/NoSQL basics or strong attribute/segment skills; BigQuery/GA4/Amplitude experience is a plus
