What You Will Be Doing
Evaluate and enhance marketing operations by assessing current processes, systems, and adopting new AI technologies and approaches to drive efficiency and scalability
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Business Technology (BT), and other key stakeholders to align marketing strategies and drive collaborative success
Ensure data integrity and compliance across all lead management activities, enabling scalable growth and informed decision-making
Lead and refine lead scoring initiatives, using performance insights to directly influence pipeline health and sales readiness
Champion a data-driven culture, inspiring the team with your analytical expertise and continuously introducing best practices and innovations
Deliver clear and actionable performance insights to stakeholders through impactful reporting and storytelling
Optimize and manage the marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Pardot, and ZoomInfo, in close partnership with demand generation and inbound teams
Track, analyze, and report on the full marketing funnel, ensuring visibility into volume, velocity, conversion, and value across key dimensions such as region, segment, buyer type, campaign, and channel
Translate marketing data into strategic insights, providing recommendations that continuously improve campaign effectiveness and operational performance
Engage with stakeholders across the business to understand, prioritize, and deliver on marketing operations needs with clarity and alignment
Oversee and manage marketing operations projects, balancing priorities and resources to deliver high-impact results
Maintain and nurture strong relationships with internal Salesforce teams, contractors, and external vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and support
What You Bring
Compensation
Our market data is refreshed on an annual basis to reflect the most current market conditions.The starting salary band for this role is $80,000 - 110,000 CAD.
Starting salaries will vary within this range based on experience, skill level, and internal equity related to the role. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
