This position reports directly to company leadership and collaborates closely with our Palo Alto Engineering Lab team. Remote work is supported and available upon manager approval.
The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join our in-house team and lead TQG’s digital marketing, growth, and social engagement strategy. You’ll play a key role in driving customer acquisition and brand awareness through paid media campaigns, data-driven storytelling, and collaboration with our graphic design team.
This role is ideal for a results-oriented marketing professional with a strong background in PPC management, ad spend optimization, and A/B testing, who can balance creative execution with analytical insight. You’ll manage both organic and paid campaigns that accelerate TQG’s national rollout and investor visibility.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid and organic social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across digital platforms.
- Allocate and manage ad spend budgets, tracking ROI and conversion metrics to ensure cost-effective performance.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve engagement and lead generation results.
- Collaborate directly with TQG’s in-house graphic designer(s) to produce compelling ad visuals, motion graphics, and branded content.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive content calendar to support marketing campaigns and brand consistency.
- Leverage analytics to measure and report performance across campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Build and manage retargeting and customer acquisition funnels that drive measurable growth.
- Monitor social trends, and platform algorithm changes to guide creative and strategic decisions.
- Engage with online communities to strengthen brand presence and foster authentic connections with audiences.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in social media and performance marketing within a tech, startup, or digital agency environment.
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns and ad spend across major digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency with advertising and analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics).
- Experience collaborating directly with graphic designers and creative teams to produce high-performing ad assets.
- Solid grasp of digital marketing metrics, including CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and engagement KPIs.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
