General Purpose:
The Product Marketing Specialist works closely with senior marketing leaders to support the development of marketing content, assist with product launches, and drive awareness and demand for TPx solutions. The Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for understanding the product, market, and customer needs, and communicating the value proposition effectively across various marketing channels. This role bridges the gap between product management, sales, and marketing to ensure the product resonates with its target audience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists in the development of marketing content, including solution briefs, blog posts, website copy, sales enablement materials, and customer case studies.
- Supports product launches by coordinating content creation, internal communications, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and product teams.
- Conducts market research to understand customer needs, competitive positioning, and industry trends to help inform marketing strategies.
- Works closely with the demand generation team to create campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation.
- Assists in executing go-to-market plans and tracking performance metrics to measure success.
- Supports internal sales teams by developing sales tools to effectively communicate product value propositions.
- Collaborates with the broader marketing team on social media, email marketing, and digital advertising efforts.
- Helps maintain consistency in messaging and branding across marketing channels.
- Provides general support to the Solutions Marketing team, including project management, scheduling, and coordination of marketing activities.
Other Responsibilities:
- Assumes other duties as assigned.
- Up to 5% travel per year.
Required Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-3 years’ experience in product marketing, content marketing, or a related marketing function.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical information into compelling messaging.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to research market trends and extract insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
- Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for technology and a willingness to learn about TPx’s solutions and industry landscape.
Other Qualifications:
- Experience with Managed Service Providers or the IT industry is a plus.
