Experienced Required:

• Peoplesoft SIS is must have
• Help people to support an integration between one of our solutions and Peoplesoft.
• No customer facing need, will work with client internal team
• Minimum required experience: 6+ yrs
• BS is not required, can consider equivalent work experience
• Must have: Java, Peoplesoft SIS, docker, AWS, spring boot and MongoDB

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a data extraction and data processing service, a component of a SaaS product.
• Solve complex architectural and data model problems with scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Ensure enterprise-level quality and robustness for well-known institutions.

Required Skills:

• Peoplesoft SIS
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Peoplesoft experience with meduim to large enterprise preferred.
• 3+ years of experience developing web/SaaS applications using Java technologies in a senior engineering role.
• Proficiency with Java Spring Boot, relational databases (Oracle DB), and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Hands-on experience with Docker and AWS cloud services.
• Strong understanding of modern architectural stacks, including microservices, stateless APIs, and SOA.
• Familiarity with scalability and availability challenges and solutions.
• Experience solving high-frequency, high-volume (big data) problems is a plus.
• Proven experience with complex algorithms, optimization, and enterprise-level software development practices.
• Previous experience in a product or startup environment is preferred.
