Job Title- Marketing Specialist
Location- Alpharetta, GA (Remote)
Project Duration-4+Months of contract with possibility of extension
Objective:
- Provide sales & marketing support for the Audi Southern Region, the Area teams, and the Region DAGs (Dealer Advertising Groups). Support can include but is not limited to:
- Provide Field Teams with daily/weekly/monthly dealer performance reporting (new & used sales, distribution, marketing, loyalty, CSI, etc.)
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis in support of sales & customer experience functions
- Management of Region Meeting coordination, Monthly Region Playbook, Incentive Exception requests, Region team/Dealer contact lists, & Region Vacation Tracker
- DAG Meeting Planning (including schedule development and meeting coordination)
- Tier II and Tier III website auditing
- Identify and evaluate event and partnerships opportunities\Experiential planning and activation, including ideation, site checks, vendor management, onsite execution, and management
- Collaborate with partner agencies on campaign support and create dealer assets when necessary
- Ideation, planning and execution of dealer toolkits associated with Audi Sales Events and product launches
- Assist with regional and dealer check requests, contract routing and purchase orders
- Support dealers and field team with media and retail assets requests
- Management of marketing fleet, including the coordination of vehicle transportation
- Preparation and collaboration on monthly newsletters highlighting current media and marketing initiatives.
Skills:
- 1-5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Expert Microsoft Excel proficiency for complex data analysis
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Project management and implementation skills
- Passion for the Audi brand and desire to be part of the luxury automotive industry
- Strong teamwork, presentation skills, and able to work with all management levels
- Analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason, creative and strategic
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, & Outlook
