Senior Software Engineer

We’re building cutting-edge software that powers every corner of A&M Tax—from internal tools that drive efficiency to sophisticated, client-facing enterprise systems that compete on a global scale.

We’re looking for a Front-End or Full-Stack Developer who is passionate about building intuitive, high-quality applications and wants to work in a collaborative, high-impact environment. You’ll be involved in every stage of the software development lifecycle: from documentation and design to development, testing, and ongoing support.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with lead developers and architects to solve complex business challenges through thoughtful design and implementation.
• Contribute to a clean, scalable architecture with reusable front-end components.
• Tackle escalated support issues and ensure the stability and performance of applications.
• Write efficient, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a strong team culture.

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s a plus)
• 4–7 years of experience working with:
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
• React
• Web API integration and development (C#)
• Design and prototyping tools like Figma or InVision
• Experience with backend Microsoft technologies (C#, MSSQL) is a strong plus
• Human-centered approach to application design
• Passion for technology, problem-solving, and continuous learning
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effective time management and organizational abilities

Bonus Points For:

• Tax domain experience or knowledge of financial systems
• Familiarity with partnership tiering and allocation, asset wealth management, or private equity environments
