Job Description: Marketing Operations Manager (PH Growth Marketing)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to support our Philippines Growth Marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving marketing automation, optimizing campaign operations, ensuring data integrity, managing lead lifecycle workflows, and enabling demand generation performance at scale.
You will collaborate closely with Growth, Sales and Product Marketing teams to build efficient processes and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution
· Build, execute, and optimize automated campaigns across email, paid, social, and ABM channels.
· Manage segmentation, scoring models, and nurturing journeys using Marketo or similar MAP tools.
· Support end-to-end campaign operations including tracking, QA, deployment, and reporting.
System & Data Management
· Own marketing tech stack components such as Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.
· Maintain data quality, hygiene, and governance—inclusive of lead routing, deduplication, and enrichment.
Performance Measurement & Insights
· Build dashboards and performance reports to track funnel metrics, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.
· Provide actionable insights to improve efficiency, targeting, and effectiveness of marketing activities.
ABM & Personalization Support
· Leverage tools like Demandbase (or equivalent ABM platforms) to run account-level campaigns, intent-based targeting, and personalized outreach.
· Partner with Sales to operationalize ABM programs and ensure smooth lead handoff processes.
Process Optimization
· Identify bottlenecks in marketing workflows and implement scalable, automated solutions.
· Build SOPs, documentation, and training resources for cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
· 4–7 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, preferably in B2B digital-first organizations.
· Hands-on experience with:
o Salesforce CRM
o Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms
o LinkedIn Campaign Manager
· Strong understanding of database management, lead lifecycle processes, and funnel metrics.
· Ability to work with large datasets, build dashboards, and transform insights into recommendations.
· Excellent project management skills and comfort working across global teams.

· Familiarity with Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus, or other ABM platforms.
· Experience with paid media workflows, tagging, UTM frameworks, and attribution tools.
· Working knowledge of BI or analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
· Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and pipeline dynamics.
