TP-Link, a global leader in networking and smart home solutions, is seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing & PR Manager to lead our brand presence across the Balkan region, with a focus on the Serbian market. This is a fully remote position ideal for a marketing professional with strong PR and social media expertise, who is ready to operate independently and make a real impact.
About the Role: The Marketing & PR Manager will be responsible for developing and executing TP-Link’s regional marketing & PR strategy, campaigns, and brand initiatives across the Balkans, with priority on Serbia.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute TP-Link’s regional marketing & PR strategy, campaigns, and brand initiatives across the Balkans, with priority on Serbia.
- Manage external traffic acquisition channels, including social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), Google Ads, display networks, affiliate and partner marketing, and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with local media, influencers, tech reviewers, and bloggers, coordinating product seeding, press releases, review articles, and event activations.
- Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and coordinate the updates across internal and external marketing channels.
- Collaborate with HQ marketing and local sales teams to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional initiatives that align with sales goals.
- Support the Management in refining marketing processes and handling PR activities.
- Organize and oversee regional marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Any other tasks and responsibilities as requested by the direct manager.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing & PR, preferably in networking, telecommunications, or tech industry.
- Exceptional candidates with 1–2 years of proven experience may also be considered.
- Native-level Serbian or Croatian or Bosnian (written and spoken, prefer Serbian).
- Advanced English knowledge both verbal and written.
- Strong skills in PR, social media management, and content creation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW.
- A proactive, adaptable, and highly organized individual with a hands-on attitude.
- Must operate via own company (B2B invoicing required).

- Experience in the tech industry.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
