As we scale, we're looking for an experienced and creative Senior Brand Designer to join our team and help bring our brand vision to life across various touch points.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Brand Designer with a strong, well-rounded design background to manage and execute brand assets across traditional print, digital, and packaging. The ideal candidate will have a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and collaborative spirit, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in skincare and makeup industries is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and evolution of our brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms, from print and digital to packaging.
• Design and oversee traditional print collateral including brochures, posters, flyers, and more, ensuring designs align with brand guidelines.
• Develop digital assets for websites, email campaigns, social media, and paid advertising that align with our brand and engage our audience.
• Lead packaging design projects from concept through execution, ensuring packaging meets brand standards, and provides a memorable customer experience.
• Create or oversee video content creation, including product demonstrations, social media videos, and other multimedia assets for marketing campaigns.
• Design assets for various social platforms, ensuring visuals are engaging, on-brand, and support the overall marketing strategy.
• Work closely with external partner agencies on larger campaigns or projects, offering creative direction and ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and take ownership of design execution, while contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in brand design, with a strong portfolio showcasing print, digital, and packaging design projects.
• Previous experience in skincare, makeup, or beauty industries is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency in Canva as well as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Expertise in packaging design, understanding the technical aspects of production, die lines, and materials.
• Comfort with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut or similar) to create video content for social media, digital ads, etc.
• Experience designing for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and creating digital content that drives engagement.
• Ability to maintain high design standards and ensure quality control, while working under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude, with experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload.
