Lead UI/UX Designer (Mobile App)

We’re looking for a talented Lead UI/UX Designer to spearhead design efforts on our exciting projects and bring their expertise to our collaborative, innovative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UI/UX design process for mobile and web applications, ensuring visually appealing and functional designs.
• Create high-quality designs that align with business goals and enhance user experiences.
• Utilize advanced Figma skills, including:
• Components and reusable design systems.
• Auto-layout and responsive design techniques.
• Prototyping, interactions, and advanced animations.
• Variants, constraints, and effective collaboration workflows.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate ideas into impactful designs.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems for long-term usability.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative design processes.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and design best practices.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio of mobile app and web designs.
• Figma Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototypes, variants, and animations.
• Mobile App Specialization: Strong knowledge of mobile design patterns, usability standards, and best practices for both iOS and Android.
• Proven experience in creating and managing comprehensive design systems.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and designing for diverse audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver designs that align with brand and client expectations.
• Communication Skills: Fluency in English, with the ability to present and discuss design decisions effectively.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working with remote, cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS) to collaborate with developers.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello
• Prior experience working with clients in the Latin or South American markets.
