About the Role

TDS Group is seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to own internal project delivery, team coordination, and system optimisation across our agency. This is a new strategic role, designed to free up senior leadership by ensuring internal operations are structured, aligned, and moving fast — especially as we scale.

You will act as the operational backbone of our digital marketing and sales delivery teams. From onboarding new clients to keeping every internal deliverable tracked and moving forward, you’ll ensure nothing slips through the cracks and the team is focused, accountable, and productive.

This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced digital environments, has a strong background in marketing, and wants to build processes, culture, and accountability within a fully remote team.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

• Take full ownership of the internal handover process from sales/account managers when new clients come on board
• Translate client scope into detailed internal tasks, timelines, and team responsibilities
• Create and manage project delivery systems (via ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools) to track status, deadlines, blockers
• Chase missing or late deliverables across departments (ads, SEO, creative, CRM, etc.)

Team Productivity & Communication

• Establish clear internal communication routines (daily check-ins, updates, Slack protocols)
• Monitor team response times and productivity; call out blockers and delays early
• Identify bottlenecks or performance gaps and implement fixes
• Promote a proactive, high-output culture across remote teams

Marketing Knowledge & Strategy Support

• Understand the deliverables involved in performance campaigns (paid ads, creative briefs, tracking, funnels, etc.)
• Join internal strategic discussions and support client calls as needed with input and context
• Align operations with performance outcomes, not just task completion

Process Building & Improvement

• Build internal SOPs, templates, and processes to improve efficiency, clarity, and predictability
• Proactively recommend tools or improvements to help the team scale without loss of quality
• Create dashboards and reporting views to keep the leadership team updated on project health and workload

Who We're Looking For

✔ Minimum 6 years of experience in operations/project management within a digital marketing or performance-driven environment

✔ Strong knowledge of digital marketing workflows (ads, creative, copy, tracking, CRM, funnel setups, etc.)

✔ Proven ability to manage remote teams and hold people accountable to deadlines

✔ Highly organised, detail-oriented, and assertive when required

✔ Comfortable with project management tools, Slack, CRMs, and internal communication systems

✔ Excellent English and client-facing communication skills (written + verbal)

✔ A builder’s mindset — someone excited to create processes, not just follow them
