Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (TDS Group Internal Marketing)

Location: Remote (Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM UAE Time)

Salary: $1,000/month

Experience Required: 3–4 years (Digital Marketing Execution & Coordination)

About the Role

TDS Group is seeking a well-rounded and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and manage our internal marketing execution across all three of our brands: TDS Group (Digital Marketing Agency), Prospect AI (AI-Powered CRM), and AM Creative (Content Studio).

You’ll work closely with our founder and internal teams to execute against our marketing strategy, support brand presence, and ensure we remain consistent, creative, and performance-focused across all marketing touchpoints.

This is a full-time, remote role with fixed UAE hours, ideal for someone with strong coordination skills and experience managing campaigns, content calendars, CRM tools, social platforms, and light video editing using AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Manage content calendars and schedule posts for TDS Group, Prospect AI, and AM Creative on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

- Liaise with the video team to ensure 12 monthly content pieces for AM Creative are delivered and posted.

- Write clear, on-brand caption copy for all social posts.

- Use AI tools (e.g., Descript, VEED, or similar) to edit video content provided by the founder for short-form social media use (e.g., reels, shorts, stories).

Email & CRM Marketing

- Build and schedule monthly email campaigns inside the CRM (GoHighLevel or similar).

- Manage basic marketing automations and ensure email flows are functional and aligned with campaign strategy.

SEO & Blog Coordination

- Liaise with the SEO team to create and publish blog content monthly for both TDS Group and Prospect AI.

- Oversee the content writing process (with internal or freelance support) and coordinate technical upload or delegate to the dev team when needed.

Marketing Data & Reporting

- Compile marketing and sales KPIs across the three brands into a monthly report using Google Sheets or Data Studio.

- Monitor performance insights and flag opportunities or drops in performance across campaigns.

Paid Media Support

- Assist in setting up and managing META ads campaigns.

- Support basic ad performance tracking and creative testing in collaboration with the paid ads team.

Ad Hoc Support

- Provide short-term support for client campaigns when internal team members are on leave.

- Escalate issues only when truly necessary, otherwise take full ownership and work with internal departments to find solutions.

Who We're Looking For

✔ 3–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience

✔ Proven skills managing multi-brand social media accounts and content calendars

✔ Confident writing caption copy and basic email content

✔ Experience using AI video editing tools for basic reel/video editing

✔ Familiar with Meta Ads Manager and marketing CRMs like HighLevel, ActiveCampaign, or similar

✔ Able to manage SEO blog workflows and collaborate with technical and content teams

✔ Strong communicator and team collaborator – can chase, follow up, and lead tasks

✔ Detail-oriented and highly organised – nothing falls through the cracks

✔ Comfortable working independently and delivering within deadlines
