About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead and expand our affiliate marketing efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of lead generation and campaign optimization. You will be responsible for managing and growing key affiliate relationships, optimizing campaign performance, negotiating competitive deals, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in affiliate management, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute affiliate growth strategies to increase high-quality lead volume while maintaining profitability.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing affiliates through daily communication, performance analysis, and strategic collaboration.
Identify high-converting traffic sources and implement optimization strategies to maximize campaign ROI.
Proactively recruit new affiliates to diversify traffic sources and ensure continued revenue growth.
Negotiate and structure competitive payout models (CPL, CPM, CPC) based on market demand and performance analytics.
Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and improve conversion rates.
Work closely with compliance and quality assurance teams to ensure traffic meets legal and regulatory standards.
Represent Tort Experts at industry events and conferences such as Affiliate Summit and MTMP to expand our affiliate network.
Mentor junior affiliate managers to enhance team capabilities and knowledge.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in affiliate management, preferably in legal lead generation or performance marketing.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure competitive deals with affiliates.
Data-driven and analytical, capable of interpreting performance reports to make strategic decisions.
Highly proactive and self-motivated, with a strong ability to build and nurture relationships with affiliates.
Strong understanding of traffic sources, compliance requirements, and fraud detection in lead generation.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple high-priority campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using platforms such as Leadspedia, Everflow, ClickUp, Anura, and TrustedForm (preferred).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
A strong network in the affiliate marketing industry is a plus.
