Full Stack Developer

I’m helping KnowHow find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Full Stack Developer.

You'll develop end-to-end features and integrate AI, impacting blue-collar team efficiency with a fast-paced product.

Compensation:

COP 6M - 12M/month.

Remote (for Colombia residents)

• You have 2+ years of experience in Python, and React Native.
• You are proficient in AWS, JavaScript, RESTful API design, and JavaScript.

KnowHow is expanding its engineering team to boost our development speed and innovation capacity. We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and takes extreme ownership. You should have a proven track record of learning quickly, solving hard problems, managing multiple priorities, and delivering production-ready code with pride.

Your work will directly power new ‘industry-first’ features, support our move into AI/ML powered workflows, and accelerate the scale of our product for blue-collar teams across North America.

🧠What You’ll Do:

• Own feature development end-to-end: from planning and architecture to deployment and support.
• Build and maintain scalable frontend and backend systems.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and performance optimization.
• Integrate basic AI/ML features and experiment with OpenAI and Hugging Face APIs.
• Drive code quality through documentation, testing, and peer reviews.
• Support and mentor fellow developers across the team.

💼Requirements:

• 2-4 years of professional full stack experience (Python + React preferred).
• Strong JavaScript expertise (ES6+), React/Redux, and DOM fundamentals.
• Deep knowledge of Python, ideally with Django.
• Solid grasp of modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid) and cross-browser quirks.
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Familiar with AWS ecosystem (ECS, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Docker, Postman, and Git workflow experience.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.

• Experience with AI/ML models or prompt engineering.
• Hands on with OpenAI API or Hugging Face tools.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Experience in US-based B2B SaaS markets.
