## About the Role
Louder Agency is seeking a Web Designer & WordPress Producer to help deliver high-quality client website projects from initial planning through launch.
This role combines UX/UI design, content design, WordPress production, client communication, and quality assurance. You will work alongside website strategists, designers, developers, and copywriters to develop wireframes, organize content, create page layouts, and produce polished websites.
Most of the production work will be completed using Figma for conceptual design, wireframing, and mockups and Beaver Builder for WordPress page creation and styling. Experience with Elementor or other WordPress page builders is also valuable.
The position requires strong attention to detail, an understanding of web content hierarchy and user flow, and the ability to manage multiple projects while communicating directly with clients.
## Key Responsibilities
### Website Design and Production
Create intuitive wireframes, mockups, and final website page layouts.
Design pages with clear content hierarchy, readability, and user flow.
Make full-page layout decisions using both pre-designed and custom row layouts.
Format website images and create or modify icons and small web graphics.
Apply current web design trends and established website best practices.
Use WordPress page builders such as Beaver Builder and Elementor.
Build and edit website pages while maintaining visual consistency.
Set up forms, plugins, and third-party integrations.
Configure integrations such as Zapier and ConvertBox.
Implement analytics tools including Google Analytics and Hotjar.
Connect websites with applicable CRM systems.
Perform routine SEO tasks such as creating 301 redirects and configuring meta titles and descriptions.
Install and configure appropriate SEO plugins.
Troubleshoot minor technical issues and coordinate solutions with developers when necessary.
Apply basic HTML and CSS knowledge when useful.
### Client Communication
Lead 15-minute client “pulse calls” to gather content and project information.
Provide clients with project updates.
Present design concepts and website layouts.
Gather and incorporate client feedback.
Guide clients through content decisions.
Train clients to make routine website updates after launch.
Help clients understand basic website maintenance and content management.
### Project Coordination
Assist with client onboarding.
Update website briefs.
Create and maintain launch plans.
Organize project information within project-management systems.
Coordinate with strategists, designers, developers, and copywriters.
Track multiple projects, milestones, and deliverables.
### Content Coordination
Create content inventories based on website sitemaps.
Help clients collect and organize website copy, images, and other media.
Structure content appropriately within website layouts.
Ensure pages have logical content flow and clear visual hierarchy.
### Quality Assurance
Conduct website QA reviews before launches and major project milestones.
Check layout consistency across pages and devices.
Verify website functionality and user experience.
Identify visual or usability issues before launch.
Confirm that final websites meet project requirements and quality standards.
## Required Skills and Qualifications

Additional qualifications include:
Professional WordPress experience.
Experience with WordPress page builders such as Beaver Builder or Elementor.

Proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, or comparable design tools.
Understanding of general website design and production best practices.

## Remote Work Environment
This is a fully remote position that can be performed from anywhere, provided the employee has reliable internet access and a quiet workspace suitable for video calls.
Because the team works remotely, employees are expected to self-manage their workload, communicate consistently, participate in video calls, and remain connected through online collaboration tools.
