User Experience Designer - Remote

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer / UI/UX Designer to join our team full-time and help shape a high-performance memecoin trading terminal. You’ll work directly with the founders and engineering team to design major areas of the platform from the ground up while continuing to improve the existing product experience.

The role covers everything from early concepts and user flows through production-ready interfaces and implementation. We’re looking for someone with strong product thinking, exceptional design instincts, and a portfolio that demonstrates polished, intuitive, high-performance digital products. Quality of work matters more than a specific number of years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design complete product experiences from initial concepts through production-ready UI.

• Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.

• Design major areas of the trading terminal, including the New Pairs/token discovery experience and chart and trading interface.

• Improve existing product UI/UX and develop new product flows as the platform evolves.

• Design clean, intuitive interfaces for information-dense and fast-moving environments.

• Build and maintain reusable components and a scalable design system.

• Apply strong thinking around usability, information hierarchy, interaction design, and user behavior.

• Work closely with engineering to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

• Provide clear design specifications and developer handoffs.

• Iterate quickly based on feedback, testing, and product changes.

• Identify UX problems and proactively recommend better solutions.

• Maintain a high standard of visual quality, consistency, and overall product experience.

• Consider how information placement, interactions, user flows, and small design decisions affect usability and product performance.

Required Qualifications

• Exceptional UI and UX design ability.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating real digital product design work. Portfolio is required.

• Advanced proficiency with Figma.

• Strong understanding of modern product design principles.

• Excellent understanding of typography, spacing, hierarchy, layout, interaction states, and component systems.

• Ability to simplify complex interfaces while retaining important functionality.

• Strong understanding of responsive web design.

• Ability to create polished prototypes and communicate interactions clearly.

• Understanding of front-end development principles and the limitations of modern web applications.

• Ability to collaborate closely with developers.

• Ability to move quickly without sacrificing design quality.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to receive feedback, iterate quickly, and continuously improve designs.

Preferred Qualifications / Requirements

• Experience in crypto, fintech, trading platforms, analytics dashboards, or other complex, data-heavy products is preferred but not required.

• Experience designing complex product interfaces where large amounts of information need to remain intuitive and easy to use.

Experience

There is no strict number of years required. Senior and elite-level talent is encouraged to apply, with the quality of work and product instincts carrying more weight than years on a résumé.

Applicants from other industries are also considered if they can demonstrate the ability to understand complex products quickly and produce exceptional work.

How We Work

The team operates like a fast-moving startup, with direct communication between designers, founders, and developers. Ideas can move quickly from concept to design to engineering, so the ability to respond to feedback, make changes, and continuously refine the product is important. Speed is expected, but not at the expense of high design quality.

Location & Compensation

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Work Arrangement: Fully Remote

• Eligible Locations: United States or Europe

• Compensation: $150,000–$200,000+ USD annually

• Compensation depends on experience, portfolio quality, and overall ability, with flexibility for an exceptional candidate.
