Its centralized Data Science team works on enterprise and client-facing initiatives, with a focus on building scalable AI systems that address practical business challenges.

About the Role

The organization is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and machine learning solutions across its business and product ecosystem. This is a hands-on role for an experienced professional who can turn emerging AI technologies into reliable, production-ready applications.

You will work on initiatives involving generative AI, agentic AI frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), natural language processing, knowledge graphs, predictive modeling, and intelligent automation. Working closely with engineering, product, and business teams, you will contribute to technical architecture, experimentation, model optimization, and the development of AI systems at scale.

This is a full-time, remote opportunity with a base salary of approximately $170,000–$210,000, plus a 15% bonus.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop AI and machine learning solutions for large-scale enterprise applications.

•Build, deploy, and maintain production-ready machine learning and generative AI systems.

•Develop scalable Python-based AI and ML applications, services, and workflows.

•Evaluate and implement modern AI techniques, including large language models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and agentic AI workflows.

•Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.

•Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to complex and ambiguous business challenges.

•Contribute to system architecture, experimentation, model evaluation, and performance optimization.

•Support the development of enterprise-scale AI products and platforms.

•Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical standards and best practices.

•Stay informed about emerging AI technologies, tools, frameworks, and development approaches.

Required Qualifications

•At least 5 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying AI or machine learning solutions in production environments.

•Strong Python programming skills and experience with modern AI and ML frameworks.

•Experience with libraries and tools such as pandas, scikit-learn, LangChain, and relevant NLP or deep learning frameworks.

•Practical experience with LLMs, generative AI, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and agentic AI systems.

•Strong understanding of machine learning, algorithms, system design, and scalable software development.

•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

•Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

•Authorization to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship and visa transfers are not available, and candidates currently on OPT are not being considered.

Preferred Qualifications

•Experience developing enterprise-scale AI and machine learning products or platforms.

•Background in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.

•Exposure to AWS services, including Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, ECS, and serverless architectures.

•Experience with knowledge graphs, advanced NLP, or recommendation systems.

•Experience working in startup environments, established enterprises, or both.

•An advanced degree in a STEM field, such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or Engineering.

Compensation and Work Arrangement

•Base salary: Approximately $170,000–$210,000 per year.

•Bonus: 15%.
