## About the Role

Neurex AI is building applied AI systems that operate within real healthcare workflows. The Data Scientist, Healthcare Analytics will analyze clinical and operational healthcare data to identify meaningful patterns, measure outcomes, and generate insights that support product development and customer outcomes.

This role is suited to a data scientist with a strong foundation in statistics and data analysis who can work with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams, communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, and help develop analytics, predictive models, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks for healthcare AI products.

## Key Responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare data to identify patterns, trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.

• Build dashboards and reporting systems for customers and internal teams.

• Develop statistical models to measure product impact and return on investment (ROI).

• Work with product and engineering teams to translate data insights into product features.

• Create data-driven recommendations to support healthcare operations.

• Design and analyze A/B tests and other experiments.

• Develop analytics frameworks for measuring healthcare AI outcomes.

• Build customer-facing dashboards and reporting tools.

• Develop predictive models focused on revenue cycle optimization.

• Create data quality and validation pipelines.
