## About the Role

Northpeak is seeking an experienced SEO and Content Marketing Manager to lead content strategy and organic growth initiatives for multiple clients. You will manage the content pipeline for approximately 4–7 accounts, develop data-driven SEO strategies, create and optimize long-form content, and identify opportunities to improve organic visibility and business performance.

This role is ideal for a strategic, analytical, and hands-on marketer with a strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, keyword research, technical optimization, and organic growth.

## Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword and topic research, keyword mapping, SEO audits, and competitive analysis.

• Develop and execute SEO and content marketing strategies for multiple client accounts.

• Perform technical SEO and on-page optimization to improve search visibility.

• Build content strategies, editorial calendars, and quarterly growth plans.

• Create and optimize long-form blog and website content for target audiences.

• Develop pillar-cluster content strategies and identify opportunities for high-value keywords.

• Build links and secure brand mentions through high-authority publications.

• Analyze existing content performance to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks.

• Use qualitative and quantitative data to guide content and SEO decisions.

• Establish, monitor, and report on core SEO and content marketing KPIs.

• Manage content marketing programs for approximately 4–7 clients.

• Collaborate with Growth Marketers and other internal team members to develop account-specific strategies.

• Communicate SEO and content strategies clearly to clients and stakeholders.

• Continuously improve content production, client onboarding, and internal workflows.

• Create authoritative, original content for Northpeak's website and blog.

## First 30 Days

• Shadow team members across 2–3 client accounts.

• Learn Northpeak's growth marketing processes and client workflows.

• Assist with developing SEO and content marketing strategies for multiple clients.

## Within 3 Months

• Manage SEO and content marketing activities for approximately five clients.

• Participate in weekly client meetings alongside the Growth Marketer.

• Implement content marketing strategies based on audience and business objectives.

• Develop an efficient process for managing content production across multiple accounts.

## Within 6 Months

• Manage content marketing programs for approximately six or seven clients.

• Take ownership of execution and performance results across assigned accounts.

• Identify and implement improvements to the content marketing onboarding process.

• Work closely with Growth Marketers to develop account-specific growth strategies.

• Continuously optimize content programs based on performance data and insights.

## Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in content marketing with a strong data-driven SEO background.

• Proven experience developing and executing SEO and content marketing strategies.

• Strong understanding of keyword research, technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy.

• Experience with pillar-cluster content models and organic traffic growth.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience managing multiple client accounts or marketing projects.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to clearly explain SEO and growth marketing strategies to clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Proactive, adaptable, and action-oriented approach.

• Demonstrated ability to identify insights from data and turn them into actionable strategies.

• Strong interest in continuous learning and professional development.

## Preferred Skills

• Experience with SEO and analytics platforms.

• Knowledge of content performance analysis and reporting.

• Experience with SaaS, B2B, or eCommerce marketing.

• Familiarity with link-building and digital PR strategies.

• Experience working with remote and cross-functional teams.
