## About the Role

Talentify is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer for an Atlanta, GA / Remote opportunity. The role focuses on designing and implementing machine learning models, developing end-to-end ML pipelines, and translating business problems into scalable, production-ready machine learning solutions.

## Key Responsibilities

## Required Qualifications

### Experience

* 5–9 years of hands-on machine learning experience.

* Demonstrated experience taking ML projects from research to production.

* Experience developing scalable machine learning solutions.

* Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

### Technical & Analytical Skills

* Strong machine learning expertise.

* Strong mathematical and analytical foundation.

* Experience designing and implementing ML models.

* Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines.

* Ability to translate business problems into practical ML solutions.

## Preferred Qualifications

* PhD in a relevant field or equivalent advanced academic background.

* Experience contributing to cutting-edge AI/ML research or initiatives.
