About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with SaaS experience to drive
lead generation, optimize campaigns, and scale growth across multiple digital channels. The
ideal candidate is a generalist performance marketer with hands-on expertise in LinkedIn
Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, and outbound lead generation strategies. You will play a
crucial role in building and executing high-impact marketing campaigns to attract and convert
qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media and Demand Generation:
- Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive
customer acquisition and engagement.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ensuring optimal ROAS
(Return on Ad Spend).
Outbound Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns targeting potential SaaS
buyers.
- Leverage LinkedIn outreach, cold email campaigns, and personalized
messaging to generate high-quality leads.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align lead generation efforts with revenue goals.
Marketing Automation & CRM (HubSpot):
- Manage HubSpot workflows, email automation, and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Optimize lead scoring models to ensure efficient handover to sales.
- Monitor and improve marketing funnel conversion rates.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Monitor key performance metrics (CPC, CPL, CAC, LTV) and optimize campaigns
accordingly.
- Generate actionable insights from campaign data to improve targeting and
messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement new growth strategies.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or
growth marketing in a SaaS environment.
- Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and outbound lead generation.
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot for marketing automation and CRM.
- Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate
optimization (CRO).
- Analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics, campaign tracking, and
reporting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with sales
and content teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with additional outbound tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, or Sales
Navigator.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or organic lead generation strategies.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS buying cycles and lead nurturing techniques.
