Position: Digital Marketing & Growth Manager
Location: Brooklyn, NY [Midwood] (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to $90,000 per year
TopFoxx is a fast-paced, women-owned fashion startup disrupting the sunglasses industry with innovation-first designs and bold, unapologetic branding. We're not just selling sunglasses, we’re selling a lifestyle for ambitious, modern women who want fashion with function. Since 2016, we've scaled from a scrappy startup to a globally recognized e-commerce brand with hundreds of thousands of loyal customers and a community of influencers and collaborators across every platform.
Now, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to work directly with our CEO as a true strategic partner. If you’re a hungry, resourceful growth driver who thrives under pressure and is ready to treat this business like your own, this may be your next big opportunity.
This is not a role for someone who needs hand-holding. This is for someone sharp, fast-learning, and capable of executing a vision without ego or excuses. You’ll serve as the CEO’s right hand across marketing and creative strategy, while also driving execution with discipline, speed, and precision.
What You’ll Own
- Revenue Growth Across All Channels: Oversee and drive performance across paid ads, email/SMS, influencer campaigns, website funnel, and new platform launches. You must understand how paid media works and manage our agency effectively, with the goal of eventually learning to manage and run ads independently.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead creative direction and strategy for product launches, evergreen promotions, and brand campaigns.
- CEO & Leadership Content Support: Help create social media content for the CEO and leadership team to build our brand voice, credibility, and reach across platforms.
- Product Development Collaboration: Assist in product design research and approvals in partnership with the CEO.
- Team & Project Management: Oversee a team of marketing and creative professionals to ensure all campaigns and projects are completed quickly, accurately, and within budget. Hold stakeholders accountable for deadlines and deliverables.
- KPI Ownership: Define, track, and improve key performance metrics for every revenue-generating activity. Weekly and monthly performance reports are required with clear insights and action plans.
- Marketing Calendar Management: Build and maintain the master marketing calendar; align internal departments around key promotions, launches, and content deadlines.
- Innovation & Implementation: Research competitors, trends, and customer behavior, then test and implement new strategies. Be ready to develop and refine systems and processes to keep the company ahead of the curve.
Who We’re Looking For
- You treat marketing like a science, but you’re creatively obsessed with testing new angles, trends, and customer journeys.
- You respect hierarchy and can take clear direction, but you don’t sit back and wait to be told what to do.
- You’re a strong, reliable executor with the discipline to see projects through end-to-end.
- You have a strategic mindset and an analytical approach but also know how to translate ideas into action.
- You’re resourceful and independent. If you don’t know something, you figure it out and improve it.
- You’re eager to learn new software, develop new systems, and bring process innovation to the team.
- You have experience working in Shopify and Klaviyo or are willing to learn quickly.
- Bonus: You have experience with media buying or are ready to dive in and master it.
