Our client is seeking a results-driven B2B Marketing Manager to lead demand generation, brand positioning, and content strategy across our foodservice and wholesale channels. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in B2B marketing—preferably within the food or CPG industry—and can develop strategic programs that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies targeting foodservice operators, distributors, and institutional buyers.
- Manage trade show participation, customer events, and industry sponsorships.
- Collaborate with Sales to create targeted campaigns that align with commercial goals.
- Oversee development of marketing materials, sell sheets, product catalogs, case studies, and digital assets.
- Drive lead generation through email campaigns, digital advertising, and partner co-marketing.
- Track and analyze marketing KPIs to measure ROI and optimize performance.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints.
- Work cross-functionally with product, R&D, and operations to support go-to-market strategies and new product launches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in foodservice, CPG, or manufacturing.
- Experience working with food distributors, brokers, or institutional buyers is a plus.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Ability to interpret data and analytics to inform decisions.
