The Opportunity
We are hiring a Director of Sales and Marketing to lead and scale Top Brand Worldwide™’s growth in the U.S. This senior leader will be responsible for developing the sales strategy, driving new business, and positioning the agency as a top choice for experiential marketing across major markets including New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Las Vegas, and more.
Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Design and implement a strategic plan to expand U.S. market presence
- Generate, manage, and close high-value opportunities (average project size: $150K–$400K)
- Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers in marketing, procurement, HR, and CX roles
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and close
- Collaborate with internal creative and production teams to deliver compelling proposals and presentations
Marketing Strategy
- Elevate Top Brand Worldwide™'s visibility across U.S. B2B channels
- Lead performance-driven campaigns using Google Ads, LinkedIn, email marketing, and more
- Develop impactful sales materials including case studies, pitch decks, and branded assets
- Represent the agency at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
- Align closely with agency leadership to ensure cohesive brand messaging and market fit
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in sales or marketing leadership roles within experiential marketing, event production, creative services, or B2B sectors
- Proven success in closing complex deals ranging from $150K to $400K
- Existing network of corporate, enterprise, or agency-side decision-makers
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; confident in client presentations
- Familiarity with CRM tools, digital advertising platforms, and sales analytics
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
