Tonies USA is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to drive customer retention activities. This individual will embed a deeply analytical approach throughout the Tonies organization to understand customer listening behavior and translating that into actionable insights that drive both customer retention activities and future portfolio development. You will be equally comfortable engaging senior business leaders regarding customer engagement strategy as you are aligning with data peers on global processes and definitions and discuss about proper statistical methods and potential findings. You are innovative, highly analytical, deeply curious, and willing to test & learn which allows you to continuously drive increased weekly listening times across our customers. Travel requirements are expected to be 10-20% and this position reports to the Head of Audience Engagement in Tonies US with plenty of support from the centralized data team.
