Tomorrow is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Digital Designer who's extremely experienced in Figma to join a global web3 entertainment startup reimagining how experiences are created and shared online. They develop and scale rich, original IP into compelling franchises, building everything from immersive products and games to multimedia experiences. Their technology innovations span gaming, automations, and DeFi infrastructure as they redefine what's possible in digital experiences.

Your Role

We want to fundamentally shift how people experience Web3. They believe websites aren't just digital brochures, they're immersive brand experiences that push creative boundaries and set new standards.

As the Senior Digital Designer, you'll transform how the world experiences crypto through website designs that blend visual innovation, technical excellence, and strategic storytelling. You'll craft stunning, award-worthy digital destinations for our portfolio of cutting-edge brands that stand out in both the crypto space and the wider design community.

Note: While they value strategic thinking and ideation, they're also specifically seeking someone with strong execution capabilities who can bring concepts to life with exceptional craft and attention to detail, that's currently the missing bridge for them.

What You'll Create

• Award-Caliber Websites: Design visually spectacular web experiences worthy of recognition from Awards, FWA, CSS Design Awards, and other prestigious platforms
• Distinctive Brand Destinations: Craft websites that communicate brand personalities through innovative layouts, typography, and visual systems
• Immersive User Journeys: Design compelling narratives that guide users through complex crypto concepts with clarity and excitement
• Cutting-Edge Interactions: Create memorable micro-interactions and transitions that enhance user engagement
• Design Systems with Personality: Build flexible frameworks that maintain brand identity while enabling consistent implementation

Requirements

• Portfolio of outstanding web design work that demonstrates your unique creative vision
• Experience designing websites or digital experiences with a focus on visual innovation
• Expert command of modern web design principles, from composition to typography to responsive design
• Strong understanding of technical implementation considerations and developer collaboration
• Mastery of Figma
• Passion for pushing boundaries while maintaining usability
• Keen eye for detail and relentless pursuit of design excellence

You see websites as your canvas for creative expression and technical excellence. You obsess over typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy. You understand how to balance innovative design with clear communication. Most importantly, you're driven to create work that stands out in a competitive digital landscape and earns recognition for its quality and creativity.

Bonus Talents

• Knowledge of interactive animations and motion design
• Knowledge of prototyping tools
• Understanding of 3D design implementation in web contexts
• Familiarity with Web3 brands and user expectations
• Experience designing for both marketing and product web
