Tomorrow is on the lookout for a brilliant Brand & Visual Designer to join an ambitious, fast-moving creative team. This is a role where you’ll get to own and evolve a portfolio brands, bringing them to life through campaigns, design systems and fresh creative ideas that cut through.
This isn’t about churning out assets for big global names. It’s about taking ownership, shaping strategy and having the freedom to make your mark.
Your Role
You’ll lead the design and development of existing brands, growing their reach and visual impact. You’ll create campaign identities for exciting launches and events such as new features, summer festivals and brand activations. You’ll be hands-on in Figma to deliver refined, detail-driven design. You’ll collaborate with marketing, producers and a global design team. You’ll bring technical and emerging sectors to life including fintech, wellness, entertainment, Web3 and NFTs. And you’ll drive projects end-to-end, from concept through to delivery.
What You'll Create
- Define and evolve the visual identity for multiple Web3 brands simultaneously, creating distinctive design languages that capture the unique energy of trading platforms and decentralised finance opportunities, and the excitement of gaming experiences
- Lead brand execution across all touchpoints, from high-impact social campaigns and motion graphics to merchandise and experiential activations, ensuring every interaction reinforces our position as the premium Web3 destination
- Transform complex Web3 narratives into visually compelling stories that make blockchain technology feel accessible, exciting, and trustworthy to mainstream audiences
- Help to mentor three graphic designers, building a creative powerhouse that delivers exceptional work at startup speed while maintaining the quality expected from world-class agencies
- Partner with product designers to ensure brand DNA flows seamlessly into product experiences, creating cohesive journeys from marketing touchpoint to platform engagement
- Develop scalable brand systems and guidelines that empower teams across the organization to maintain consistency while allowing creative flexibility for different markets and audiences
- Create breakthrough campaigns that capture attention in the noisy Web3 space, using everything from traditional design to AI-driven tools and emerging creative technologies
- Collaborate with motion designers, digital designers, and copywriters to orchestrate multi-channel brand experiences that drive recognition and user acquisition
- Push creative boundaries by experimenting with new aesthetics, sensory and interactive branding, and Web3-native visual languages that set industry standards
- Champion design excellence across the organization, conducting quality assurance and ensuring every piece of creative output meets our exceptional standards
Requirements
- Years of brand design and visual storytelling experience, with a portfolio showcasing distinctive brand creation and multi-platform campaign execution
- Proven track record of building and evolving consumer-facing brands in technology, gaming, or fintech sectors
- Experience leading and mentoring design teams while maintaining hands-on creative execution
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma, with strong typography and composition skills
- Demonstrated ability to create cohesive brand systems that scale across digital, social, print, and experiential touchpoints
- Experience working at startup pace juggling multiple brands and high-priority projects without sacrificing quality
- Strong presentation and communication skills to articulate creative vision to both creative and non-creative stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating both strategic brand thinking and exceptional craft execution
- Ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual narratives that drive engagement and conversion
Nice to Have's
- Motion graphics capabilities (After Effects) or 3D design skills (Blender, Cinema 4D)
- Experience with AI-driven creative tools and emerging design technologies
- Background in gaming or entertainment branding
- Understanding of Web3 culture and aesthetic trends
- Experience working with global agencies and managing external creative partners
- Track record of winning design awards or industry recognition

- Designers who only execute without strategic thinking
- Corporate B2B brand aesthetics without consumer appeal
- Portfolio showing only static, traditional brand work
- Inability to work across multiple brand personalities simultaneously
