About the Role

We’re seeking a performance-obsessed Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for our B2C SaaS product. You will own paid media strategy and execution across top platforms, rapidly test hypotheses, and scale winning campaigns. This is a high-impact role where creative testing, strong analytics, and conversion rate optimization meet.

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize high-converting paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, and Twitter Ads
Drive traffic and signups through full-funnel growth strategies
Own budgeting, media planning, and KPI reporting (CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV)
Collaborate with creative and product teams to test and iterate ad creatives, messaging, and offers
Continuously run A/B and multivariate tests to improve landing pages and onboarding flows
Build dashboards and deliver insights on campaign performance to stakeholders

Qualifications

5+ years in performance marketing for B2C SaaS or subscription-based digital products (Preferably AI projects)

Required Skills

Deep understanding of growth funnels and user acquisition loops
Strong experience across Google, Meta, Bing, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitter ad platforms
Strong command of analytics and attribution: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Catchr.io, Supermetrics, Hubspot Marketing Hub
ROI-focused with strong grasp of CAC, LTV, retention, and monetization
Comfortable with fast-paced testing cycles and pivoting based on performance
