About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with a proven track record in B2B SaaS environments with long sales cycles. You will be responsible for driving high-quality leads through full-funnel paid strategies across multiple platforms, supporting our sales and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a deep understanding of attribution, lead nurturing, and marketing-to-sales alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize full-funnel paid campaigns across: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, and Twitter Ads
- Own the paid media strategy with focus on lead quality, pipeline generation, and CAC-to-LTV optimization
- Design and run A/B tests for messaging, audience segmentation, and creatives
- Collaborate closely with sales and demand gen teams to align targeting and messaging with buyer personas and funnel stages
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Catchr.io, Supermetrics, Hubspot Marketing
- Build attribution models and assist in lead scoring to support long sales cycles
- Optimize based on first-touch, multi-touch, and last-touch attribution
- Report on core KPIs including: CPL, MQL-to-SQL conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, pipeline influence, and deal velocity
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years in performance marketing, specifically for B2B SaaS businesses. Deep knowledge of long-cycle B2B funnels and lead qualification processes.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn Ads (must-have), Reddit Ads, and Twitter Ads
- Strong analytics skills and fluency in tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Catchr.io, Supermetrics, Hubspot MarketingHub
- Understanding of CRM and marketing automation integrations (Hubspot Marketing Hub)
- Experience running Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and intent data platforms (Demand Base, 6sense, Madison Logic)
- Experience working with sales teams and outbound SDR strategies
- Experience in scaling paid media budgets efficiently from 4 to 6 figures
- Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
